Although corporations and labor organizations are permitted to make direct contributions to candidate committees, their contributions are limited to $2000 per year, apportioned in any manner among all candidates for state senate.

Individuals, LLPs, LLCs, Sole Proprietorships and Political Action Committees may make unlimited contributions to Indiana state legislative candidate committees.

Indiana Campaign Finance law requires that the name, address and employment information of donors who contribute in excess of $100 in a calendar year are reported to the state.
